Greenhouse Gases - Daddy's To Blame!

The children and I recently visited The Dorman Museum and took part in some 'Science Week' activities.

One of the activities was arranged by a spokesperson for the Friends of the Earth, it was to do with climate change and global warming.

The man running this part was trying to get the children to "fill in the gaps" on his quiz sheet. The clue they had was "C________ D__________" and the man asked them to think of a gas that was responsible for global warming.

At this point my six year old sticks her hand up in the air and yells out "Carries' Dad". Whilst my other kids are giggling, I tried to explain to Carrie that the man meant a different kind of gas. :oops:

In that 40 decibel stage whisper that 6 year old children often have perfected she replies, "but Daddy is very stinky" - I couldn't exactly argue with her because she is right!

So there you have it, another theory on Global Warming by my 6-year old daughter - it's all her Dad's fault! :))
