My son is on the autistic spectrum. He is very intelligent and high functioning so from time to time I tend to forget. Then out of the blue something happens which reminds me just how special he is. Like the book report he wrote for Bookworm Wednesday when he was 13 years old.

In the space where it asked for his age he wrote...

"13 years and 4 days when I wrote this on the 27th July 2008"
